Our order was handled by Tyrone French. He was a very informative and helpful member of staff. Allowed us plenty of time to make our decision and had a very friendly approach making our visit enjoyable. We were offered tea and coffee on our arrival and he talked us through the advantages of using the Dreammatch machine to help with our choice. We look forward to receiving our purchase.

We have looked at lots of beds but none were exactly right . We asked a staff member for this bed in that colour with this mattress . He understood exactly what we wanted and it was available. This was all super efficient .

Darren was extremely helpful during our visit to the store, offered us a drink and very patient while I chose the bed and mattress. he also guided me with the sleepmachine to choose the right mattress.
