The sales assistant was lovely and listened to our needs. We ended up with a product which we were very happy with.

The Harry Potter Studio Tour needs to watch about because Dreams in Watford is where the magic really happens! I was assisted by two members of staff; Stacie and Callum. Both were very knowledgable, helpful and just plain delightful! They bantered like pros, laughed at my jokes (which is sincerely appreciated) and told me everything I wanted to know about my purchase within moments. Callum also made me coffee which makes me love you guys even more! They are true assets to your team and deserve a raise... or a really big hug. They made purchasing my bed (which has been quite a stressful endeavour) an absolute dream! Pun intended. Thank you so much!

We were not ambushed by staff the moment we entered the store, instead we were able to strike up a conversation in our own time and we were accommodated accordingly. Scott was friendly, knowledgeable, and knew when to give us time to discuss and think about our options. This allowed us to make the purchase that we feel was right for us, and used his guidance and expertise to help make sure we had all the information needed to have confidence in our decision. An excellent experience buying something so intimate and delicate to manoeuvre correctly, made all the more so by the good humour and easy conversation offered by the sales assistant, Scott. Would definitely recommend for the customer service offered by all of the staff in the store.

The sales guy was fab very helpful not pushy gave us space to think provided advice when needed knew his stuff we got the product we wanted at a very good price just a shake got to wait seven weeks for them.

We were met upon entering the store by a very cheerful and friendly guy called Callum, whom was extremely pleasant and welcoming. He asked if we needed any assistance, which we did and then asked if we knew what we wanted, which we didn't, so then went on to offer us some refreshment and an a very in depth, but helpful explanation of how to choose the right product based upon our individual sleep issues and requirements to improve our sleep well being. The computer analysis machine was next, which Callum then used to gather some very useful information in choosing a product. Three or four very relevant mattress options were then offered and as a result found something which appeared to be perfect for our needs. We had not bought a new bed or mattress (though the last three had always been from Dreams) for about 15 years, so the price was a bit of a shock to begin with, but having then discussed various options with Callum, plus it being the last day of the 'free pillow' deal, assured us that this was definitely what we wanted and needed, so were more than happy to place the order immediately. We also have our own retail business, so instantly recognized excellent staff service.
