They had a great selection of different beds and mattresses the staff were very friendly and helpful would definitely go back in the future

Stacie was amazing- considering we walked in to the store not wanting to buy anything at all- we came away with a mattress and two new pillows! She helped us to understand what bed would suit us best, and I really hope our lower backs will be better for it.

Callum the Dreams Colleague’s was really patient with my wife , my 2 years old children and myself. He take the time to listen our needs and explained the best way to start our research. We start our experience with the sleeping machine. After input details into the machine we had fews minutes to lie in on our back then on our sleeping position. While doing it Callum give a balloon to my child to keep him entertained. Was a great result the machine doing his job we had a result of different mattress to test. With a pillow under my arm we try 5 different mattress maybe more before select the perfect one. Them we choose our bed frame and had a full explanation of the storage facility under the bed. We enjoy the hole experience start to finish as it was exactly what we was dreaming of before step in to the shop. We had a cup of tea while completing our order with additional cover for both item. I cannot wait to have a good night in our new bed and who is know may be Dreams in there.

We were greeted by Callum on arrival to the shop who ask us what we were looking for and showed us potential options of bed frames. We found a lovely bed which suited our awkward shaped room nicely. He then helped us select a mattress for our new bed using the mattress tool. Finally he helped us find two lower spec but still lovely beds for our rental rooms. Having found the beds we went away to reflect on our options before being welcomed back to the shop a few hours later by Callum. It was a good and very efficient process of placing the order with everything explained to us and a good choice of delivery options. We are looking forward to recieving our beds in a few weeks.

they came up with some ideas to suite us and after taking measurements My wife and I agrred that was best option Also asked discrepancy between the two sets of cabinets This was explained fully and also showed me all to my satisfaction so we went for the dearer option. I gave score of 5 for recommending but this is something I never do I will say had good service but always leave decions to my friends

As a disabled pensioner I was greeted by the store manager and asked about my general needs. His knowledge of the mattress I required was second to none, and spent time with me shortlisting and selecting the right one for me. I was surprised by the price and the value for money and the turnaround for delivery, so will be enjoying my new bed sooner than I anticipated.
