Dreams - Watford

This is our third visit to the store having bought 2 mattresses and a bed last year, with Callum assisting us. We when to him once again as he has exeptional product knowledge and customer care skills.

We were very happy with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff

As we entered the store, we were greeted with a friendly hello. As we walked around the store, the layout was easy and simple. The signage for each bed was clear. And the store also felt clean and tidy. Other competitive store felt a little run round, or like we had stepped into our grandparents house. However in Dreams, it had not crossed my mind. The staff were eager which I know sometimes can scare people off, but it made it comfortable for us to find someone to complete our purchase. It also ensured we would be able to ask questions to whoever was available.

I came in and gave a budget and what I'm looking for and she met that perfectly and was so helpful. Process was nice and easy and bed coming within 2 weeks!

The staff member, Francesco, was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive without being pushy.

The salesman was very helpful and considerate to our needs

The guy who helped us was lovely - very available but not at all pressurising. And I got a yummy coffee!
