I came into the store looking for a bed and mattress I had no idea how to choose a mattress the store assistant talked us through every detail and put us on the mattress tester she was so helpful and helped myself and husband come to a mutual decision .we were offered coffee and a choice of our preferred pillow . Which we continued to purchase as it was perfect for us .. completely stress free shopping ...

Came in buying my own bed for the first time so was unsure of what I was looking for. A friendly lady named Caroline came forward and helped with everything, from beds to mattresses. I would have been there for ages if she hadn't have helped me! Overall she helped me find a mattress that suits me and my pregnant girlfriend best and a bed that I can't wait to try out when it arrives.

The salesman who helped me was Callum in Watford, he was an extremely polite, knowledgeable guy, while behaving friendly and accordingly, it didnt' feel like i was talking to a salesman, it felt like I was talking to someone who wanted to help me, ofcourse he did his job and upsold me on a lot of products, but I knew i was buying something worthwhile, under guarentee and it was well worth the money, he did a great job.

The staff were very friendly and were able to answer all questions asked. We didn’t feel in any way pressurised or awkward during our visit. Great experience for our first time at Dreams and would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff meant I had a easy time buying my first bed frame and mattress. Their knowledge of mattresses was particularly useful as I was unsure of what type of mattress I needed. Also helped me save money by pointing out what deals were available to me which I was very much appreciated.
