Excellent service throughout and no pushy sales moves. Loved the use of technology to find a perfect mattress fit and from that point on it was plain sailing. I was so happy I ended up buying two beds!

Staff were very friendly and offered assistance if needed. Also listened to your needs and made every effort including getting you to lay on the sleep monitor to find the bed that was best suited to your requirements. They were not pushy or over eager to make just any sale but focused on getting you exactly the bed you wanted.

Callum met us as we entered, After telling him were looking to buy a mattress. Took us through the procedure as to the type of mattresses suitable. Choice the one we preferred and completed sale.

Fast process, friendly knowledgeable staff member. Beautiful bed and had a fabulous free latte while paperwork was completed.

I knew what I was looking for but I wanted to check out the size options and the drawer options and I found the staff member (Caz) very helpful and certainly made my decision much easier.
