The sales person was lovely she was very helpful and didn't try and sell us an expensive mattress/bedstead she listened to what we wanted and could afford and advised us accordingly because of her help/advice I would definitely return to buy another mattress/bedstead and would also recommend this particular store just because the sales person was the best 🙂

The assistant Stacey was friendly and helpful, and we found the machine for choosing the most suitable for our needs brilliant, very impressed!

Company and polite service...helpful attitude

Me and my wife made a purchase of TV bed and mattress at Watford Dreams. Callum the sales person at the store was very warm and friendly . He was very patient with us even though my 3 year old daughter was throwing her usual tantrums. He was very engaging & showed us the wide variety of TV beds Dreams had with all tiny details and put us on mattress selector that picks best mattress for each individual based on sleeping patterns,body weight etc. I immediately visited a next door rival store who presented with just a business card and asked me to call back . They did not show anything at their store. This made return to Dreams and buy their bed and mattress immediately. Overall I am extremely satisfied with products, price and friendly/engaging atmosphere.

One of your colleagues helping my wife and I couldn’t have been more helpful. She entertained our son and was very warm and welcoming.

We arrived with a fixed position, wanting a Hypnos matress replacement for our Regent that we bought at Dreams Watford many moons ago. Being the most comfortable and enduring matress over the years, why would we deviate? We were greeted by Callum (validation code 260 for this feedback). I was initially imoveable about my choice of product, however he influenced me to go through the Dream analyitics, we then looked at Hypnos vs Harrison Spinks. Both matresses were tested, on hard and sprung divans. Our Regency is a singke matress. We finally opted for 2 x 3 ft zip up matresses, one soft one medium. The Harrison price was double the Hypnos. We chose on quality. We were sold pillows, but that for us is a later decision. Callum and his manager gave us a professional service. For us, the final decision was part price determined, but more importantly getting the best comfort. We are paying twice the price of the Hypnos. Some things do not come down to cheaper. Thank you Callum and team.

Caroline served us in the Watford store, she was not pushy at all unlike some of the staff in other stores we visited yesterday afternoon on the retail park in watford.
