We visited the Dreams Store in Watford on the weekend, and found it to be a pleasant experience. Stefan gave us a while to look around on our own, and then approached us to ask if he could be of assistance. He was knowledgeable and friendly. We found the bed we were looking for, but mentioned that because it was the first shop we'd actually looked in we'd like to look around a bit more. He then pointed us in the direction of 3 other nearby shops to check out. None of them compared to the products and service we received at Dreams, so we were back. I only wish we didn't have to wait 7 weeks for our bed to be delivered! All in all, and very good experience.

Stacie the assist who served us was a little star, she didn’t rush us, and gave us plenty of time to decide, she was very knowledgeable with regards to the mattresses in the store. She was very friendly and understanding, and happy to give us advice.

As soon as me and my wife walked in we was welcomed by Caroline who stayed with us our whole time making sure we understood and knew what we wanted

Darren was so helpful he couldn’t do enough to make things easier for us He explained everything and put us on the new machine which was amazing it really helped us to chose the right mattress I will recommend Darren to my family at Dreams
