Amir took the time to listen to what we wanted and showed us different options, we ended up spending slightly more than we budgeted for so Amir explained an option of 0% interest for 10 months which we took up. We were offered hot drinks and the children hot chocolate whilst we made our decision and he left us to discuss this alone and put no pressure on us to buy. An overall pleasant & relaxed experience of purchasing a new bed

We were offered assistance by Stacie almost immediately on entering the store. We wanted to order a mattress but were unsure what type we should choose. She gave us good information about the merits of the various options so that we were able to make an informed choice.

Stacie was our saleslady and she was very helpful and polite, could,nt be any happier with the service she provided. Darren the manager also provided us with a lovely hot cup of coffee, shall definitly be back again, supreme service to all thankyou

I found the salesman very helpful and he was brilliant at explaining what mattress would suit my body, he took his time showing me mattresses and explaining what each mattresses did in terms of my pains and how I sleep.

Plenty of staff. Staff member that helped us was not pushy left us to look but was there when we needed.

Staff available to help as soon as we entered the store. Explained products to us. They even entertained our daughter whilst we were with other members of staff

Shay was extremely helpful but not pushy. He listened to what we were looking for and then showed us the three mattresses we should try. We require a different firmness. He was polite and extreemly helpful and made the shopping experience very easy
