Friendly assistant (Caroline) who gave us very good information and there was a range of products available.

Caroline was helpful and her product knowledge was great. She was quick to reply to all of our questions. My son was being a pain and she offered drinks and showed them a sofa to sit on while we decided. We had a look at other showrooms in the area but quickly returned to Dreams where the quality was far higher.

Caroline was very friendly and helpful. She helped me choose a product that suited my needs.

Our assistant was great. He listened to what we wanted. He showed us the options but didn't push us into things we didn't want. He appeared knowledgeable and generally a nice character.

the sales lady was excellent. I generally find sales staff annoying patronising and over familiar however she was none of these and I didn't even both going to any other shops o. the retail park to compare products

The help we got from the assaintant was satisfied she explained everything we ask of her, hopefully the bed will be as good as dreams say, Dreams for comfort.

The attendant was very open and friendly and took us straight to the products we wanted giving us a number of beds to try to get a view on our range of options. The process was sped up to allow me to get back to my kids who were going ballistic with boredom.
