Very helpful staff, I was able to try out the product I wanted and all questions were answered.

We were warmly welcomed on arrival by Stefan, he showed us various options for bed frames and again with mattresses. We were offered drinks and the order was easily placed with a very quick delivery date. The only comment I would make is that your old bed disposal price is too high so we will do it ourselves.

The assistant Shahid was knowledgable and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Suggested a few options that catered to our needs and appreciated the advice given.

Bed we wanted (had previously visited the store and looked online) was available for delivery within 5 days. Mattress and pillows offered at a really good price. Sales assistant friendly and knowledgeable

Shay was amazing. He listened to our requirements for a mattress having recently been disappointed in a Simba Sleep mattress (Bought direct with them). He then took the time to show both my wife and I a number of different mattresses with our ideal pillows and continued to tailor his advice through our growing accuracy of what we liked and didn't like. Shay narrowed it down to two mattresses and gave us time to come to a decision, which I rated highly as it enabled us to continue to compare the two extensively just us, before purchasing.

Staff member knew what they were talking about, we had specific needs for mattresses and they showed us all the right ones we needed.

On entering the store, a salesman offered me help very quickly . The service was helpful, friendly and trouble free. As I could not be guaranteed to be home with the first , very good delivery date, I was offerred another just two days later. Perfect for me and fitting in with my own needs. Everything was explained clearly. I was even given a bag to put the old mattress in to be taken away. If the mattress arrives on time, I will be even more satisfied with the service. To add to that I was given a delicious cup of coffee whilst business was carried out. Thank you Dreams Watford.

Callum was very helpful did not rush me he spent time to show me everything and when I walked in he did not push me into buying
