Dreams - Watford

I had done an online comparison of bed retailers and found Dreams the most attractive. The free delivery and 40 day mattress satisfaction was a big factor. My husband and myself have some mobility problems and we were treated in the most helpful way by Stefan who was knowledgeable, friendly but professional. We like the fact that Dreams deal only with beds and not all furniture. We were pleased with the advice given on types of mattresses, and the choice of beds.

From the minute we walked through the door until we left we were treated very very well. All the staff were very helpful and understanding, (my husband had a stroke and does not always understand what is being said to him). It was a very happy relaxed shopping trip. I wish more stores had staff like your Watford store.
