We only had a rough idea of the bed that we wanted but Shay helped us to choose. He was most friendly and we felt under no pressure or rush to complete a sale. Upon deciding the bed we were pleasantly surprised to find that the mattress was half priced!

I was greeted as soon as I went into the store and as I knew what I wanted, the assistant Callum took me exactly to the choice of mattresses that I could make a decision about giving me all the pros and cons with prices , which was the most important thing to me as I had a budget. He talked me through my options and allowed me to make an informed choice.

Absolutely excellent customer service and attention from start to finish. Stefan had a superb knowledge of the products. He was friendly and patient and very helpful. Store was immaculate and had a great variety of products.
