My husband and I visited the Watford store to purchase a mattress. We ere greeted by Stefan, who listened to our requirements and showed us a variety of mattresses to try, which met our needs. When my family and I walked into the shop we were met by friendly faces who as well as offering their assistance also enabled us to have the time and space to look around. Nevertheless when we needed assistance it was quickly provided and the individual who assisted us was both friendly and also sensitive to our needs. I struggle with a back problem and therefore was looking for a specific mattress that would meet my needs. The assistance I was given was very sensitive to my needs, provided very patiently and also with a good knowledge of what would best suit me. Overall I had a great experience at my visit this time around which is why though it is very unlike me to make quick and rash decisions, I made my decision within half an hour of my visit at Dreams. Grateful for the service I was given.
