Dreams - Watford

We went to the store in Watford and Amir served us and he was excellent

Staff were very friendly and helpful and explained everything fully

Validation Code B260. We arrived complete with two Grandchildren to but 5 mattresses. We were given an acknowledgment by a smiling Caroline who we approached told her we were choosing items, she offered us coffee and told us to look around and if we needed help she was only too happy too. We soon needed her help and found her to be very full of knowledge and she obviously new what she was talking about, we did tell her we wanted to visit other shops and she very kindly wrote down for us the items we had chosen. We were not able to return for quite a while but when we went back we were again greeted by Caroline who then took our order. It makes so much difference when shopping that you can be dealt with by someone who not only knows her product but interacts with customers in a charming way. We came away feeling we had made a friend.

Stefan was a great help and very pleasant! He knows what he is talking about! A credit to the company at Dreams Watford.

Roy made a real effort to understand our needs and pointed us in the direction of the most relevant products. He made the buying decision easy for us.

Stefan was very professional and patient ,he explained the difference between the mattresses without being pushy,he was open to questions and delivered the answers . Very pleased we didn't have to wait too long for our delivery .

Callum, the sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgable on the products. He was also very friendly. The process was made very easy and speedy. I also got the delivery date I that worked for me. I was not pushed to make the highest costing product but what was best for me

Received exactly what we wanted. service and information all good - staff helpful but not intrusive.

We visited Watford store twice to view/make a decision on new bed and mattress. Two very helpful staff members (Stefan & Callum) assisted us on our two visits. Both were extremely personable, helpful and informative, without being "pushy".

Callum was very helpful and showed us all the items that were relevant to our requirements. He offered us drinks and was knowledgeable on the products and was able to answers any questions we had.
