Shayak at Watford Retail Park was very helpful.

I was looking for a storage bed. The assistant was very helpful showing us beds with different storage options and then finding the right mattress.

The gentleman who served me was extremely helpful, patient and pro-active in his assistance to my queries and needs giving me useful advice on the options that were available to me at the budget that I had. He made me feel comfortable and genuinely welcomed to the store and was patient and fully answered all my questions and also educated me especially about the available mattress options.

We were looked after by friendly, knowlwdgeable staff who were leem to please and deliver a fantastic service - for me this was the most important aspect of the whole process. More companies should offer service of this standard

We were served by Shayak who was very helpful and informative and this proved to be beneficial in making a decision on what would be a suitable purchase within our budget.

From when we walked in we were welcomed and helped out by the very knowledgeable Roy at the Watford branch. He went above and beyond answering all our questions and giving us the time we needed. He was very professional and showed excellent customer service. We found the staff all very friendly and the process was made very simple. The choice of product was very good and we were pleased with our experience of buying from dreams, so much so we would highly recommend.

Amir, who served us, was so helpful and friendly. We actually felt as though we left with a new friend! He didn't oversell us anything (as it felt like was being done with a previous visit at a different store), he answered all the questions we had and he took the time to talk to us without trying for the 'hard sell'.
