Dreams - Watford

Stefan, the assistant, was very helpful. I wanted a ottoman bed frame I had seen online (wooden one) but it was now discontinued as it was faulty. Stefan referred to his colleague & he stated that Bensons for Bens across the road did a similar one but with a stronger frame. I went over to look at it but the service in there was not very good & the frame didn't look as nice as the one you had. Therefore I went back to Stefan & purchased another item as I was impressed with the service they offered. 😁

Our sales man was very knowledgeable and talked us through all the mattresses in great detail.

We were greeted at the door by Stefan who was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the types of mattresses available and then showed and let us try the types which he thought would suit us. So we were very confident with what we bought and looking forward to trying our new mattress is a few days time. We took away a pillow which has already proved to be a success. Great service.

We were approached by a friendly member of staff but he was not just focused on a sale he new what he was selling and was able to help us choose or pruduct . He left us alone to make choices offered us a drink which I found lovely as the weather was not good out side

Excellent service , very knowledgeable staff and not pushy gave us time to think. Overall definitely would recommend to family and friends and use again myself

there was a lot of choice of mattresses and the sales agent was most helpful in explaining the differences between each mattresses and the price. I did not felt pushed in anyway and felt relaxed in choosing what was right for me.

We were assisted by Shah at your Watford shop. He was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy like some salespeople, which we prefer as we hate to be forced and normally shy away from this type of sales. He let us try out the product and when asked answered all of our questions in a straightforward way. He is a credit to your organisation

The Sales person Roy had a very good knowledge of the mattress and supported us to make the right decision there was no rush took our time and had coffee before before we decided. The ordering was made easy with 0% finance can have the bed & mattress and side cabinets at a price that you can afford.
