The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in the field therefore we could find the wanted product very soon.

We were impressed with the range of beds and mattresses we were able to view especially as the frame we liked online was in store. Amir greeted us and was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding choosing the appropriate mattress for us and bed options. Amir also advised us of alternative payment options which enabled us to purchase a bed and frame that we thought we would be unable to purchase for the foreseeable future. The delivery option also suited us perfectly, and with the packaging being removed is extremely helpful. The chance to return within 40 days if not satisfied added to the reassurance that purchasing with dreams was the best option. All staff in Dreams were friendly and approachable. The store was very clean and well presented. We experienced much better service than in other competitor bed stores. We will definitely be returning to make further purchases and we will recommend dreams to friends and family.

The sales assistant was knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy - he was around to talk to but did not hover over us or intrude on our deliberations.

We had no idea what kind of mattresses we want and we have been explained all about and tried some and we have been offered coffe during our visit,which was amazing !

Caroline was extremely friendly, felt like she had time for me, was relaxed and able to assist with all my questions. Also offered options to issues I was facing prior to visit.

We found the assistant Caroline to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we came out with something completely different to what we went in for because of her help.

Stefan understood my brief and showed me several items and advised whilst letting me make my own decision.

Darren who was the person that served us went through all the different types of mattresses so he could work out what kind of mattress we were looking for, he explained the differences between them and then took us to the mattress' he felt would be the one we would be looking for. At no time did he try to up sell any product and if anything helped us to save some money which was refreshing. Once decided on mattress and bed we then went to do the paperwork with Stacie, she was very friendly and explained each part of the process with regard to the finance and went through each step with us. Overall and excellent, non pushy service
