The customer assistant who helped us was great, she provided us with a drink and listened to our needs, we went to the machine to find the perfect mattress for us and this really helped in the decision making.

Soon after I entered the store with my mum we were approached with the loveliest lady, I believe her name was simona but she was incredibly helpful when we asked for specifics (firmness of a mattress and price range) and very quickly we found the perfect mattress. The checkout process was quick but still thorough with the information provided, we had previously gone to a different store and the quality of the service couldn’t be more different. Simona made the experience beyond amazing, the service being the biggest reason I would return (other than the quality of the products). Thanks!

I was assisted by Amir the Sales person, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of my needs. He paid a lot of attention to details as I was buying a specific type of bed, mattress and complete frame with TV for my elderly mother. He gave me the right choices, and then let me decide he showed me all the relevant styles and options available, and provided all the services that accompanied the purchase, relating to warranties and removal of the old bed for disposal. There was no hard sell, just the right balance of letting me choose and then explaining the technical differences so that I can make the right choice. He was very helpful and provide the right support and advice.

The received a warm reception from the sales team upon entering. Was approached by Caroline who listened to my specific needs and asked pertinent questions to help guide towards the right choice. She did not rush and was patient till the decision was made and order complete. Found her very knowledgeable about the products in store and what will and will not work for my specific space.

The assistant was specific and explains specifically what the products is all about, the terms and conditions and all we can enjoy from the products
