Cath the lady that served us was a "dream" with so many different products to choose from we were a tad bewildered but she made the process so easy. she was extremely friendly and helpful and we would not hesitate in returning

Helpful friendly service

As I entered the store the assistant approached me to ask if I needed help. I explained my circumstances and what I was looking for. He talked me through the various styles of mattress and then showed me the various options to test. He had extensive knowledge of the products and answered all my queries so I was able to make a quick decision. Once my decision was made we went through the purchase procedure quickly and efficiently while I enjoyed the free coffee he provided. All in all a prompt efficient and pleasant experience. I just wish the mattress I chose was cheaper!;)

We were helped with Caz on the day who was very knowledgable and able to highly recommend the correct mattress which most suited are specific needs. We found Caz friendly, she gave us so much time and didn’t rush us, she was knowledgeable and there was no hard sale which we have encounter from other stores in the past which is unpleasant.

Callum approached as we entered the store and looked after us from beginning to end. He was there when we needed him and quietly disappeared when he knew we wanted to chat. He showed us many beds and mattresses and explained the differences between them. We tried out a lot of beds! Decided on the one we wanted and went ahead with the purchase. All was well, until the receipt appeared with "no assembly" which we HAD requested. This was put right with a revised invoice and the £20 fee for assembly was waived. All-in-all, a good hour spent! Now looking forward to delivery.

Our sales assistant Callum was excellent, he let us browse products with no pressure in our own time, we then went and looked in a couple of other shops but returned to Dreams. Callum assessed our needs and took us to see a couple of mattresses that he thought would suit my son as a starting point - mattress buying can seem a bit confusing with so many options! He guided my son and helped him focus on the feel, going back and forth several times to lie on two to compare them, he didn't get impatient, he didn't hard sell any particular mattress. We settled for the mattress we bought because we could see straight away it was "the" one, it was well within the budget we had in mind and also we bought an extended guarantee which was excellent value. I would definitely recommend Callum, specifically, at Dreams, Watford
