Myself and my partner are just about to move in to our first home and decided to have a day out shopping for various needed item. We visited many shops that day and by far Dreams stood out the most for the level of customer service, the available product and generally the nice atmosphere in the shop. It was a sweltering hot day and personal touches of keeping us hydrated with unlimited drinks of water was much appreciated. It also stood out how much of a team there is in store, Caroline who served us could as her colleague to help with something and it flowed very well. I would like to also comment on Caroline and how impressed we were with her knowledge and customer service - she is also extremely friendly and it made the process somewhat enjoyable! She is a credit to your Watford branch and made the first item we bought for our home enjoyable! We are so pleased with the offerings and will be back soon as for our next bed which we will need to purchase, hopefully Caroline will be in that day to help! We also met the manager that day who was very up beat and because of the heat outside that weekend was making sure we were cool enough! Exceptional experience - Thank you!!

Greeted upon arrival by Callum, who enquired about my needs and he showed me the selection of beds that matched these needs. offered complimentary drinks and provided a first class service. Once I decided my purchase he was efficient and completed the order in a very professional way. Very happy from start to finish of the process.
