Dreams of Watford was the first stop on our hunt for a new bed. We had decided to upgrade to a king size but didn't know any more than that. Darren welcomed us to the store with a relaxed and friendly in approach, (my wife and I didn't feel pushed as can happen in such placed). Darren talked through the various mattress options and asked us both in which position we sleep. He took the time and allowed us try lots of mattresses and explained how to find the right one. We showed interest in a Tempur mattress so were shown a demonstration video in a booth before enjoying a cappuccino afterwards. The divan on display looked very practical with the large storage space below and the customisable colours for the base and headboard was a huge positive and will make for a stylish look. If you are looking for great, friendly and knowledgeable service with quality products, look no further that Dreams. We can't wait to enjoy many sweet dreams in our new bed.

Roy was lovely and so helpful with us. We had our toddler with us and he was very patient!

My husband and I are going through the stress of moving and replacing several household items one of which was a mattress, we went with trepidation to purchase this knowing what a minefield this can be, on entering your store we were approached by Nathan but at this time we just wanted to browse and were left to do so. When we wanted advice Nathan was ready and willing to spend as much time as we needed to make our decision, he was so helpful and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure we purchased what was right for us. We will have no hesitation to return to this store when we need to purchase our new bed and already have the knowledge we need to do so thanks to Nathan. Overall pleasantly surprised at having purchased what we needed with ease over tea and biscuits

There was a good selection of products to look at and we were not pressured at all. The store assistant Stacie was great.

The member of staff who served us (Caroline) was very respectful giving us room and time to discuss amongst ourselves what Mum wanted to do. She was very knowledgeable and even made us a cup of tea.
