I FEEL I WAS WELL LOOKED AFTER, NOT PRESSURED TO PURCHASED A BED I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE CAROLINE GAVE US.

Having visited a competitor first and not being happy with the product range or staff we recalled we had purchased our current bed that we were looking to replace from Dreams so decided to go back. From the moment we entered we knew we made the right choice. Amir and his manager were both fantastic and incredibly friendly, polite, understanding and just all round great representatives of Dreams. They made the whole purchase so much fun. We left laughing and smiling and ended up buying much more than originally planned and look forward to visiting again soon.

From the moment we walked in assistant came over we explained what we were looking for,(mattress) he explained the different products so made it easy for us to decide which one would suit us.He made us cups of tea while processing the order and carried it out to the car for us .A very pleasant and good shopping experience, would definitely recommend Dreams.
