Good service very helpful

I was recommended by my cousin as he said it was the best store he visited. I did not go to any competitors.The salesman Nathan Smith was very very good. He offered us a drink but more than that he was very knowledgable and not pushy.

The sales assistant Amir was extremely helpful and very friendly and approachable. He listened to our requirements and was definitely knowledgeable.

We went in looking for a new bed, the colleague approached us to offer help. We then explained what we were looking for, went over to look at a few beds, found what we liked (looked at two options). We were then given information, lead times and a print of the quote as we wanted to look around and not make a quick decision there and then. We then came back about an hour later after visiting other stores, and we then completed the order. All very straight forward and quick.

Our Sales Assistant Amir (validation code 260) took the time to understand our needs and our budget and listened to us. There was no pressure sale techniques used which we appreciated. He was friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family

I went to purchase a mattress, vacuum packed to take with me. Stacey served me located the item I showed her on my phone. She was concerned as something had been spilt on it and was worried it may of come through onto the mattress. I needed it that day so was happy to chance it plus it looked ok, but another member of staff gave me a mattress protector at no cost just incase there was damage. The mattress was carried and loaded into my car. I cannot fault the amazing customer service from all the staff. I have already recommended the store to family and several friends.

There was always a colleague around to help out with any questions or concerns. I was directed to multiple options for my needs. The dream colleague I had for my purchase (Roy) me was incredibly helpful and friendly.
