We were helped as soon as we walked in. Roy was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy at all about making a sale and he wasn't in a hurry for us to decide what we wanted. We were also offered a drink. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

We dealt with Shayak a few weeks back and he was extremely helpful even though we made him aware we weren't buying at that time. We live in West London and made the point if going back to the Watford branch to place our order through him. Absolutely 1st class service.

From start to finish this was an excellent retail experience. Well informed staff, not at all pushy, well signposted products, a coffee to keep us going... Very impressive all round. Keep up the great work!

Nathan was really helpful, friendly and speedy. It was an enjoyable experience, helped by the hot chocolate - but was clearly tuned in to ‘when to let the customer deliberate’ and ‘when to help and step in’. I’m not a massive fan of shopping - so made the experience a lot less painful!!
