The store it self was very nice and clean and the quality of the goods was impressive. Also the colleague that showed us around was helpful and we got things done fast.

Staff were very polite and friendly. Shayak that served us was knowledgeable about the products and did not force us into a purchase we didn't want. He was patient and left us to try all the mattresses before offering his advice. We went to the store twice, first time when we were looking around and the second time when we had decided to buy from Dreams, both times we were greeted with a smile and offered a drink.

We were assisted by Nathan Smith, who was courteous throughout our visit to the store in Watford. Very knowledgeable about his products. I wasn't looking forward to searching so many products and possibly purchasing the wrong one, but Nathan was very reassuring and made up feel very comfortable with the purchase we made. Now we're looking forward to our first good nights sleep in our beautiful new bed.

Brilliant customer service from Caroline and Nathan, went and looked for the matching bedding for me in stock and even walked me to the car with bedding.

I found it difficult browsing your website and making an appropriate choice but in store my son and I found the sales assistance friendly , extremely professional and she made the process of choosing a bed and arranging an interest free plan pain free. I thought the service was excellent. The quality of the base and mattress can only be judged after using the bed for a period of time but seemed suitable in store after my son had tried it. I have been using your store and branch for several years now and would not hesitate to return again.

We were assisted by Shay who was enormously helpful in choosing the kind of bed we wanted and then choosing within that selection. He was informative, patient and, critically, not pushy. He took time to pay attention to our children and provide them with some entertainment to give us space and time to decide on our preferred bed.

There was a wide range to choose from. We were given a good technical explanation of the options. We had plenty of time to try out beds of different firmness and we were given as much time as we needed to make our selection.
