Friendly knowledgably staff explained the different ranges and what to look for when buying a bed for future use. No pressure to buy. We visited other stores to compare product and price. The assistant called us to advise that over the weekend a further 20% was available on the mattress price. We returned and again looked at other products and finally decided to purchase the bed, mattress and headboard recommended by the sales person.

It was my first visit to a Dreams store , the selection of beds and other items was very good . Most impressed

very satisfied with the customer service. the only thing let me down was the delivery date as it was a few weeks wait.
