Callum was great and incredibly well educated on beds and what our needs were. Made it much easier making a decision

From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with such professionalism, warmth and friendliness. I actually didn't have to say anything, Shah (the sleep expert for me that day) was incredible. He knew exactly what I wanted by asking all the right questions, making me feel so relaxed and as if I was the only customer in the world. His professionalism and qualities really stood out for me. Nothing was any trouble for him... he was just brilliant. This was a purchase I had been dreading but thanks to Shah, It was a very pleasant, comfortable and easy purchase.

Callum was attentive but not over bearing. The availability of the mattresses to try was extensive and the scan met our needs fully.

The staff were really friendly. We had our one year old with us, which can sometimes make shopping stressful, but the staff really helped make it an enjoyable experience for all of us. They were very kind to our son, which we really appreciated.
