Customer service when I visited the store was great. I explained what I wanted and they straight away showed me the range of items they had fitting my needs. They were patient whilst I picked out the mattress I wanted and also provided great advice in picking a mattress cover & pillows. Very happy with my new mattress and I'm now a Tempur convert... trying to convince my mum (who also had a bad back) to get one as well! Definitely worth the money. Thanks again.
