Dreams - Watford

We were looking to compare two or three different Tempur mattresses and the store had all of the options we were considering available to try. The assistant we spoke to(Nathan Smith) directed us to the mattresses, offered us a hot drink and alternative pillows to try, but didn't put us under any pressure to make a decision, which we appreciated. I hate people hovering! We didn't buy on our first visit, but on our second and ordering was easy. I have a bad back due to a form of arthritis so trying to making the right decision is incredibly important for me. The service was definitely a factor in choosing where to purchase the mattress went for.

The lady Kim was very friendly and extremely helpful but the system was slow and she had to switch between multiple windows and the slowness of credit application was not a great experience

Staff did not harass us or rush us,they were extremely helpful and explained anything we were not sure off
