Shop assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had the whole process stress free and we didn't feel pushed to make a purchase. Our experience with him will make us choose Dreams in the future and recommend you to friends and family.

Excellent service, advisors knowledgeable. I went a couple of times, each time I went the price of the items were reduced, do I got a very good deal.

I went in with my young son, the staff were happy to entertain him (without me asking them to) whilst I took the time to place the order. They were all friendly and helpful and offered us drinks. The bedding on the bed I chose for the kids had Avengers bed sheets on - So now they are convinced it a super hero bed! Great service all round

The assistant Shay was superb, no pressure selling demonstrated storage for a variety of beds, offered tea/coffee/drink, was willing to spend £300 but he mentioned we could have a more expensive bed (that was perfect for our storage needs) with a small deposit and just £60 a month payment.... Ended up spending £729 including the warranty. Very helpful and nothing was too much and no pressure, shame we can't have the bed sooner

Staff were very helpful & pleasant. The computer was having problems but that was resolved.

The staff member was very friendly and helpful, we were offered drinks and a place to leave our coats. He was always on hand but wasnt following us around the store. The store was clean and had a wide variety of matresses to choose from.

The assistant (Shayak) was very helpful and knew from our questions exactly what product we wanted and what would suit that need. We only needed a mattress for a spare bed which would not be used that much and he pointed us in the right direction straight away. We were looked after all through our visit and offered tea and coffee on numerous occasions. All in all we were very happy with our shopping experience and able to book a delivery time which suited us. thank you

The overall approach of the store was extremely friendly, making the whole experience less stressful. We were given good advise and did not feel pressured when we were trying the beds. I would recommend dreams most definitely.
