The sales assistant NATHAN SMITH (260) was extremely helpful and friendly. He is an absolute asset to “Dreams”.

The saleswoman, Caroline, was very professional. She showed us around the store quickly and efficiently and once we settled on a product she didn't push us to buy a more expensive product. She also recommended a cheaper but more appropriate option when it came to the bed slats.

The gentleman that served us was very helpful friendly and knowledgeable we were delighted with his service and would heartily recommend him.

It was a totally satisfactory experience. The salesman was professional and helpful throughout. He and his colleague could not have been more friendly.

We had an issue with a previous order which was very unfortunate. The Manager (Kim) attended to our needs and the issue was resolved without any problems. Some other retail outlets may have made us feel uncomfortable but this was most certainly not the case here. We were looked after very well and are very happy with the service received. Bases on both experiences I would be happy to return again to Dreams in Watford. Incidentally we are very happy with the Mattress we purchased. I have bought cheaper mattresses before that have been "ok" but this one is clearly better quality. Basically you get what you pay for and we have got a quality item.

We originally visited this store in September 2017 to choose a bed. We were not able to make the purchase at this time however the assistant (Nathan Smith) wrote down our order for us and the quote. We then returned specifically to this store in Watford, (after being less satisfied at the customer service in BrentCross) in the hope Nathan would be there to help us again. Upon returning to the Watford store, Nathan greeted us and said he remembered us coming in. He immediately helped us to find the bed and made sure we were still happy with it before talking through the purchasing process. We could not have received better customer service from this gentleman! I would also like to comment on the new layout of the store which I thought worked really well and sign posted people to the different brands really easily. The colour scheme was warm and relaxing, a nice atmosphere to shop in.

We wasn't sure what type of bed my son wanted and the assistant guided round until we found one that my son loved. We didn't feel any pressure to buy, it was actually an enjoyable experience
