The sales person, Nathan, was very helpful. I have quite specific needs regarding mattresses and he carefully asked questions see how best he could help. Once he had asked all the necessary questions he showed us the exact selection that suited my needs. He did offer us the opportunity to wander and try others but that was not needed. I struggle with moving around and again he was helpful and allowed us all the time we needed. He was friendly and had just the right amount of fun and banter to make us feel at ease. He showed plenty of knowledge of the products and was more than able to answer all the questions we had. We required delivery of the products quite quickly and removal of old items. This was all arranged with no problems. We would definitely visit and buy things here again if the same service was provided.

Very good experience in store , walked around looking and browsing and not jumped on immediately which I like . Then approached by a member of staff who was very friendly and professional. I told her my budget and then showed several products in my price range . Offered a cup of coffee which I thought was a nice touch and then proceeded with purchase . Ticked top marks all round , hopefully delivery will be prompt and on time . Big thumbs up to the member of staff who dealt with me .
