We were listened to and shown suitable products for us to choose from. The differences between the products were clearly explained. The placing of the order was one of the quickest I've ever experienced and we were offered a quicker delivery date to suit us.

Nathan Smith, who served us was very knowledgable and helpful. He was very polite and went above and beyond to help us out with our inquiries. He is a very knowledgeable guy who know what we needed before we did and this I value when buying specialised products.

When we first arrived at Dreams earlier in the day we approached an assistance and asked for his help. He came back and handed us a brochure and left us to it! We were slightly taken aback. However a little later we approached another assistance by the name of Caroline she was amazing. From the start to the end. We were offered tea, which we accepted, she answered all our questions, had great knowledge, was polite, not pushy and friendly with a touch of humour which is always nice . She allowed us time as husband and wife to discuss what we wanted without interfering . We left after a short while and told her we would return with our teenager son so he could check which bed he would prefer. At approx 3pm we arrived back and we beckoned her over as she wasn’t with another customer. She was once again extremely helpful, even with a stroppy teenager on our hands she gave us very valuabale information. It truly was a breath of fresh air. We chopped and changed our choices, mattress likes, bed frames etc etc yet she continued to be as helpful, polite and lovely as she was from the onset. This is only the second we have bought a bed in 30 years of marriage so the purchase was extremely important to us both in terms of finding a good quality product and having a positive experience. Amir and Kim, staff at Watford Dreams superstore were very welcoming. Neither of them were pushy in their sales pitch, yet clearly knew the products on offer and were able to make helpful comparisons and suggestions in light of health conditions etc. The whole experience was entirely positive and highly satisfactory.

I was so happy with the service I received from lady that helped us chose my new bad and mattress I went back a few day later and bought a new bed and mattress for my son
