After eventually getting staff member to assist, the gentleman was very patient is all questions & delivered excellent service especially considering that the store was closing shortly, he did not hurry the sale or made us feel that time was running out.

Caroline provided me and wife with exceptional service. She was very knowledgeable and provided me and my wife with the information required to purchase the correct bed that suited both of us.

Our sales advisor Caroline was really helpful and explained everything to us well.

I was left alone while I was looking for a mattress. Was only asked once if I needed help instead of the usual hounding by sales people which I find very annoying
