We initially visited to see the choices available. Salesman was helpful without any pressure. When we did decide to buy some weeks later we had a problem progressing the purchase by telephone but could only get to the shop 15 minutes before closing on a late night. Sales staff and manager were patient and insisted that we were not holding them up so we did not feel rushed. Sales staff were very courteous and we received a cup of tea whilst finalising the paperwork. Explanations were given about the terms of business and these are clearly explained on the paperwork. We felt sales staff had gone the extra mile to help.

That person that we dealt with, Amir was very helpful and explained everything to us clearly.

The assistant Caroline was really friendly, she offered us a drink (tea or coffee) and gave us time to look around to find what we really wanted, she was very helpful in giving us prices and availability, she was also very patient and we ended up getting what we really wanted and we did not feel pressured into buying something that we did not want. Really lovely helpful lady!
