Roy the sales persons approach was spot on, he was not pushy in anyway and just wanted to understand what we had in mind so that he could guide us in the right direction to show us the range so that we could compare. Thought it would be a nightmare but one of the easiest shopping experience I've had

Amir was attentive and helpful even though the shop was busy. He kept coming back to us and apologised to us and other customers without anyone feeling ignored. I also did not feel well hence he took his time as i felt I was not always understanding things and he explained different pillows and suggested best for specific problems.

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted and gently enquired whether we needed assistance. The salesman was most helpful and invited us to look round - he brought us tea and did not bother us until we asked for his advice. A very satisfactory visit to the Watford Dreams store.
