Nathan smith was very friendly and enthusiastic.

Customer service and knowledge of the salesman is what stood out.

Really friendly staff. It was busy but we didn’t feel rushed. Kim took the time to tell us about bedding special offers too.

Roy assisted us on the day of our purchase. He was friendly and helpful, and most importantly did not follow us around the store! His approach was gentle and not pushy. We left feeling very happy and relaxed!

Your sales assistant (Amir)was very helpful,offered us tea/coffee/water several times even before we placed our order for 2 beds.We were also allowed to look around on our own with no hassle.Some info he did not know so he checked with a colleague to get the right answer.

The assistant Caroline was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite, giving us a coffee and being not at all pushy. First class.

We were welcomed on arrival, everything was explained in detail to us re what the different colours meant on each bed, offered to grab a pillow and test. Offered a hot drink which was very welcomed, allowed to try any beds wasn't constantly bothered by the sales assistance, which was very nice he allowed us the time we needed to select the correct matress
