Very nice friendly knowledgable young Man called Nathan in Watford

We were assisted by Shayak at the Watford store. He was highly informative about the products we were looking at, very helpful in helping us get to a decision, without unduly pressurising or stifling us. We felt much better informed about the types and ranges of products available having spoken to Shayak, despite having previously been to many other stores before visiting Dreams in Watford. He had a very pleasant manner, is clearly very knowledgeable about the products he deals with, and gave us exceptional customer service. We would recommend Dreams largely as a result of our excellent experience with Shayak at Watford branch.

I went to buy an airbed, as soon as I walked through the door there was a very helpful guy who greeted me and as soon as I mentioned "airbed" took me right to the one I was after. There was an example I could see and feel and that have me the confidence I needed, so I said I would take it. The guy was very quick, knowledgeable and friendly which is all I'm after when going shopping, therefore I will always recommend Dreams to everyone.

I was seen prompltly upon arrival in store and the sales person was friendly and efficient

Nathan Smith the sales person was highly professional and knowledgeable, his assistance was most welcome. everything was explained in detail with a very nice cup of tea before purchase. Martin the assistant Manager was also very helpful, but Nathan was our sale person and we will return to buy another bed.

No pressure selling ! Which was good. An offer of a cup of tea or coffee weather we bought something or not!!!👍🏻 Good down to earth chat with the woman in the shop

We were very pleased with our colleague Caroline she was very helpful and took time to explain things. We tried several beds until we found a mattress we were happy with.

Excellent customer service. There was no pressure and he didn't "hover" like in some other stores. He answered our questions then left us alone to discuss and then was available when we had further questions.
