Dreams - Watford

We appreciated that we were left to browse for a while on our own but when we needed assistance it was on hand immediately - very friendly & knowledable.

Nathan Smith was very knowledgeable with the products and had a friendly manner about him. He also made us feel very comfortable and didn't pressure us into purchasing a product like other sales advisers in the industry do.

I had already looked online to find out which store had the items I wanted to look at which was at my local store at Colne Valley Retail Park, Watford. I asked for assistance from your staff member Caroline Amos who gave us excellent service, she was patient, knowledgeable and efficient. We soon found what we where looking for with her help, although your computer delivery system was a little slow Caroline had soon found a suitable delivery date for us, she explained all the terms and conditions clearly, we paid for the order and also had some questions for her as our son is also looking for a bed in the Portsmouth area, so she spent time going over the options he could have for his budget, we have now passed that information on which has also helped him decide which bed he will buy from the Portsmouth store. The Watford store was clean and well set out and I will definitely recommend to family and friends and I will also mention Caroline's name to them as the assistant to approach for any assistance.

This is now our third bed purchased from Dreams in the past 6 months...each time very happy with the friendly team at Watford. Nathan was very knowledgeable and helped us get exactly what we needed, plus we even bought wardrobes we didn't know Dreams did (hidden away upstairs). Also a lovely touch to get a cup of tea while being served.

Staff member Nathan at the Watford store was highly attentive and knowledgeable with the product we were buying. Order was placed quickly and all staff including Nathan were friendly and helpful with our two boys, giving them a colouring activity to do.

We were guided to the selection of mattresses that suited our taste and sleeping position. Bank Holiday deals were pointed out and salesman left us alone enough of the time for us to make up our own mind what we wanted. He was then happy to negotiate a deal and agreed to collect our old mattress.

Nathan smith greeted me with a lovely smile , and right from the start he was extremely helpful and if he couldn't answer my question-Ie: do they do a rub test on the fabric . He went of to find out and returned quickly with available information . Great . Made my purchase but wanted information about a mattress even though I wasn't going to buy he was very helpful. I'll ask for him anytime
