Staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Understood our needs and then helped to steer us in the right direction. Caroline was the lady that helped us and she made the whole experience enjoyable!

All our questions were answered, shop was well organised and layer out with the colour coding which helped alot. We were left alone to make the decision for ourselves rather than being followed around and being made to feel uncomfortable however when we needed assistance this was highly available.

I was met by the manager of the shop, Kim, who was very helpful in a very pleasant and non-intrusive way. She obviously knows her stock and the best type of mattress for the customer. She had to go into a meeting and Nathan took over the final stages of the purchase. He was also very pleasant to deal with, making me a cup of tea as I had had a difficult morning. Everything was explained to me regarding the purchase and its delivery. The whole experience was a delight and I think other stores could learn a lot from your staff.

The customer service was brillaint. There was no pressure in buying anything. Initially we went in looking for the perfect mattress but because of there was such a wide choice, which meant we couldn't find one. However we did manage to narrow down the choice to three mattresses which we will test again when we go back to the store. Futhermore, we finally found our perfect bed frame. After searching everywhere to adequate under bed storeage we managed to find something that would fi all of our boxes.
