Dreams - Watford

Customer service advisor Roy was patient, knowledgeable, helpful and assisted us on available options, schedules of delievery and helped us match products well. He also helped us carry the mattress out into our car!!! His service was amazing compared to the dreams in Ruislip Manor store where there was a man who gave us the most expensive options and only wanted to sell quickly without making us feel welcome unlike his colleague. Watford branch dreams has excellent customer service and Roy even made us tasty tea!

Nice polite and a professional service

Nathan Smith was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our visit. He helped us understand the difference between mattresses, advised us well on how to make a decision, helped us find a solution within our budget. And the tea/coffee and biscuits were appreciated too. We came away feeling like it was a really personalised service and feeling good about our purchase. Thank you, Nathan!

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful and was able to complete the order in a jiffy.Dominic very knowledgeable as well.I was not happy with delivery date when rang Dreams in Watford as they said it will be delivered on the 30th of this month. Dominic couldn't do it on the system as it was late and your office was closed.I was expecting the bed and the mattress to arrive within a week according to your notice.

The guy who served us (Shahid) was really good, without being pushy as some sales assistants can be. He was patient as we tried many different combinations before we settled on our final purchase.

Excellent service from Caroline, who was very knowledgeable and helpful without being at all pushy. Well laid-out store which made the task of choosing a mattress much more straight forward.

We were seen to quickly by a member of staff who also gave us as much time as we liked to test out several mattresses for comfort and ease. He provided us with professional advice but didn't 'push' us into a decision.
