We were greeted warmly upon entering and Caroline was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. She assessed what we needed, assessed our sleep style and helped us try a few different beds. She matched her recommendations to our needs and budget and we were thrilled by what a great deal we got, how quick it was and how soon we’d get out new mattress. We had never been to a dreams store before and it was a great experience.

Caroline had excellent product knowledge and did not pressurise us at all. The machine which assessed which mattresses to recommend was innovative and helpful. We had an excellent experience at the Watford store.
