2nd purchase and was not disappointed with Amir the salesman.

we had researched on-line beforehand, but still wanted to visit the store to assist our choice. we were impressed to be greeted charmingly as we entered the store by SHAYAK, (he had the presence of mind to stop his non-customer related work to attend to welcoming us). He was informed and helpful (but not pushy) in assistinging us clarify our selection. He was efficient throughout the ordering process and explained all options. Shayak obviously fully understands the concept of customer service and should be highly commended. you should be pleased to have him as a positive employee too. great praise earned. We hope he realised our views before we left !

The computer system was down but the sales assistant was able to carry out order and agreed to sort out the delivery and contact me asap The staff were very friendly and not at all pushy

The whole process was quick and easy. Although we did know the bed we were after when we walked in, we didn't have the same knowledge for mattresses. The staff were able to assess our likes and dislikes quickly to provide suggestions for us to try. They were also able to highlight what we should be focusing on whilst we tried the mattresses so we new exactly how to compare them.

The assistant dealt with me efficiently and was able to provide me with all I was seeking.

The Staff Member Called Dominic was good to deal with but the staff needs to be more friendly & welcoming i didnt find anyone had good sales skill apart from the dreams colleague called dominic another thing in wanted to add pls promote your mattresses more

We were pleased to find exactly what we were looking for, and the price was reasonable. Staff were very helpful.

Very friendly, professional, quick, easy service

The salesperson Roy was really friendly, extremely keen to help myself and my 85 year old sister in finding just the right size bed to fit in with existing headboard which was a fixture in a smallish bedroom and made phone calls and went to great lengths to find just the right bed. I was very impressed that he insisted on giving us privacy to test the bed by lying down on it and in no way tried to influence us in our decision. He appeared to be a genuinely good man. We were also impressed that being a very hot day the lady assistant wanted us to have a drink. A successful and enjoyable experience and Well Done Dreams.

Nathan was very helpful and answered all of my queries while being very patient with the children I had with me.
