High level of service given by staff, and flexible charging policy .

Two of us customers came near the end of a Friday evening and received fantastic service from Caroline and Nathan . they gave a lot of useful information, remained patient and attended to all of our questions and needs. They ended up closing late but there was no feeling of being rushed out pressurised. Thanks!

caroline met us as soon as we walked into the store, talked us through the different products and showed us round, then sat us down and offered me and my partner a drink and to relax while she sat us down and placed our order.

Served the way we wanted

I found it very refreshing that I was left alone to browse the products in the store without being hassled by sales assistants. They gave me space and time to look at things in my own time and I never felt badgered in anyway. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

The sales assistant was very attentive to what we wanted. He had lots of knowledge of the products he was selling and we didn't feel pushed into anything. Good all round customer service. Felt very comfortable when setting up the finance and the procedure for this was explained to us.
