Sales assistant Amir was very pleasant and knowledgable made us feel at ease and made my son laugh !

Dominic took the time to show us all the products we wanted to see and assisted us brilliantly in making the right purchase.

Upon entering the store we were offered assistance but did not feel set upon or harassed. I was very impressed with the sales assistance knowledge and the speed he dealt with the whole.transaction. I was offered a drink whilst I was confirming the order and making payment. Most impressed.

The gentleman who served us was very friendly we placed our order in a matter of minutes I will definitely use the same branch in the future.

Help from assistance was professional and friendly. Left us to look around but was available to answer questions when we needed. Gave us some good basic knowledge before we started looking which was much appreciated. Lots of products to look at.

Helpful friendly staff (Caroline). Knowledgable. Had exactly what we were looking for. Reduced in the bank holiday sale. So we purchased. Interest free credit is useful too.

The person who served us (Martin) was extremely helpful offering us lots of different advice and explaining all the options. He was very knowledgable and very helpful.

Employee (amir) gave us a wide choice of products once we specified the firmness level. Didn't try to sell us the most expensive but what was best for us.
