I needed an adjustable bed for the first time and was delighted with the choices available.All of my queries were answered fully and immediately by staff who had all of the information without resorting to fact sheets. During my visit I was treated with the utmost courtesy and in no way hurried to make up my mind in fact returning the following day to make my purchase. I am an 80 year old pensioner and appreciate the fact that I was not made at any time to feel I was taking up valuable time.

The salesman (Shayak) was very friendly and welcoming. He had a wide and in-depth knowledge of the beds and mattresses available. He was happy to allow us to decide what best suited our needs without hovering. He was polite and engaging. He ensured that our son was satisfied. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I felt at total ease and not under pressure at any time to make a purchase. Amir was very helpful and allowed plenty of time for me to decide on the goods I wanted.

very professional service by Shah, we were made to feel important and that what we wanted he could get. I have been to other Dreams shops and not been satisfied but it was worth us coming to Watford for the excellent service. All those working worked as a team. I am a senior nurse so I know how important team working is and you have a first class team at Watford.

The sales staff were courteous and friendly without being 'pushy'. Our man was Shah and he was excellent. He showed us the cheapest to the most expensive without trying to persuade us to go for the latter.
