We were served by Caroline, I'm heavily pregnant and we had our 3 year old in tow who was very excited about trying the beds! Caroline was lovey with her and me, understood what we were looking for, spent lots of time explaining and helped us find the perfect mattress, offered us refreshments and allowed me to use the staff toilet. We went accross the road to use benson for beds and found the staff to be very unhelpful and quite rude so we're very happy to come back over to Caroline and be treated with great customer service! My little girl played with colouring in and was not made to fee unwelcome or a pest like many stored often to when you are trying to take time to make an important purchase! Caroline safer ice secured our custom and would like to say a big thanks for the service received! Hope she gets recognition! Many thanks Kerry Soloman
