The assistant listened to our requirements and showed us mattresses that suited our needs. After seeing the second one I thought was the one that suited our needs the best and no point in going further as one gets confused.

Caroline (sales assistant) and store manager (Neville - as far as I remember) were very helpful. Caroline spent a lot of time with us - we didn't feel rushed or pushed. She was very knowledgeable. Similarly, Neville was able to help with several questions. Both were extremely friendly and polite, making the purchase a pleasant experience.

The gentleman that assisted us was amazing he knew just want he was talking about. He made it very simple and very quick considering we had our 2 year old with us he was very efficient and most helpful we are very please with what we ordered just can't wait for it to be delivered now.

The welcome that we received from the staff member. He was very knowledgable about the products. The staff member also was aware when to give us space for discussion. he ensured that we tried the product we were interested in but also showed us other similar products to try.

The assistant who served us (Stephen Allen) was friendly but not over the top, knowledgeable and understood what we were looking for. He was able to make appropriate and useful suggestions.
