Dreams - Watford

We came in the store with little knowledge of mattresses and immediately received assistance from a very welcoming lady. She was patient with us and clearly informed us about the different types of mattresses. She also offered us a beverage which was extremely thoughtful.

Products on show. Had visited before so knew what we wanted. Staff member available straight away even though it was a bank holiday. We were lucky but the lady after us had to wait ages whilst we completed our purchase - I think she wanted to be dealt with by the person who deAlt with us. I think his name was Martin (Watford store).

The assistance provided by Dreams staff meant that we got the bed we wanted very quickly and at a price that suits our budget.

We returned to buy our bunk bed from the Watford branch and specifically asked to see Steve as he had been so helpful on our previous visit when we bought the mattresses. Everyone in the store is always friendly and knowledgeable and we would recommend this branch to our friends.

Dreams Colleague Steve was knowledgeable, courteous, personable and very very helpful. We left the store very satisfied.

The sales assistant Amir had the perfect balance of providing information without suffocating us whilst looking at the products. He was friendly and explained the range and options available and was very knowledgeable about the product. He saw our children with us and kept them entertained, as well as factoring their requirements and our circumstance of completing on a property very soon into the sale. Overall a fantastic experience

You have a wide range of products on display which is important. The sales executive understood what we wanted and was very helpful all the way. he also offered coffee. We wanted to buy quite a number of items and this was the first store we visited. After the purchase we did visit other stores nearby, but you guys nailed it.

Easy to find the beds that we wanted to try and very quick to place the order

The whole process went very smoothly from the moment we entered the store. The assistant was very helpful, knowledgeable but not pushy. She was there to help with our purchase but did not stand by our side all the time so we could discuss things ourselves. But whenever we needed help or clarification, she was on hand. She gave us a tea and a coffee which was very welcome. She knew everything about the bed we wanted.

Assistant's product knowledge meant that we were shown only products that were appropriate to our needs so no wasting of time. She was also sensitive to our budget so we did not overspend.
